WHAT YOU DO
Operation Management
-
Supervise, manage and sustain the quality of daily duties including Guest service, Cleaning service and property maintenance
-
Keep track, assign and instruct Host to deal with pop-ups of guests
-
Cooperate with Marketing team to meet Revenue and Quality of Customer Service KPIs
-
Conduct weekly team meeting to update tasks and quality of team performance
Property Management
-
Supervise and manage the status of the facility in the assigned property
-
Suggest the necessary updates for the property
-
Manage the souvenir sales in the property
HR Management
-
Delegate and assign hosts, cleaners to duty on assigned property
-
Evaluate performance of team member for HR management including bonus/probation/deduction
-
Facilitate member recruitment if necessary
Revenue Management
-
Keep track and update the status of expense & revenue of the assigned property
-
Report the financial status of the property to the Head Manager
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
-
Graduated, preferably experienced in the field of Hospitality (restaurants, hotels, homestays, other tourism service, etc...)
-
English intermediate level
-
Stay-on-spot availability is preferable (Free Accommodation is provided)

Probation time: 1 month (100% salary during Probation)
